When should I buy my wedding dress?
We recommend starting the wedding dress shopping process nine months to one year prior to your wedding date, so you can avoid rush fees and enjoy the experience!
Do you offer alterations in store?
No, we do not offer alterations in store and are happy to provide you with a list of recommended seamstresses.
What size wedding dresses do you have in store? Do you carry plus size wedding gowns?
Yes, we carry dozens of plus size wedding dresses, ranging up to a size 26 for you to try on in store. Many of our gowns are available to order up to a size 34.
Do you carry bridesmaid dresses?
We currently do not carry bridesmaid dresses at our Portland store.
Where can I find parking for the bridal shop?
True Society by The White Dress in downtown Portland is easily accessible to brides across the metro area. Located in the Pythian Building in the heart of downtown Portland near Director Park, there is ample street parking surrounding our store, a Smart Park parking garage directly across the street, and we are within three blocks of the MAX line station.

Yes! From veils to bridal jackets, jewelry, belts and hair accessories–we offer a wide variety of bridal accessories to pair with any wedding dress you choose.
