The Store Manager advises brides to be organized and decisive when they find “the one.” Outside of work, Bianca enjoys cooking and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs, Luna and Ollie. The former cheerleader adores Melbourne’s cultural diversity and can often be found at Vanilla in Oakleigh, enjoying delicious coffee and Greek cakes.

Customer Experience Manager
Madi is all about creating the most magical bridal experience!
Outside of work, she enjoys going on road trips, drawing and spending time with friends and her puppy, Dexter. The Customer Experience Manager also has a degree in criminology. Living and working in Melbourne, Madi loves the city’s vibrant food scene and nightlife. Her favorite spots include Dragon Hot Pot for dinner and Kbox Karaoke for a fun night out.

Ruby thrives on creating a meaningful connection with each bride.
Outside of work, the Senior Bridal Stylist is an artist and arts educator with a master’s in art curatorship. She’s also an avid vinyl collector and a future cat mom to a ginger kitten named Spaghetti. Ruby volunteers at galleries and loves Melbourne’s vibrant art scene and diverse cuisine, with favorite food spots like Rice Paper Scissors and the Veggie Bar.

Alexandra always tells brides to have fun!
A creative soul, the Bridal Stylist loves designing and drawing and is an avid thrift shopper. Alexandra lives with one of her best friends, joined by a cat named Wilbur and a dog named Sadie. With a passion for Fitzroy’s food and fashion, Alexandra’s favorite spots include Hector’s Deli for the best doughnuts and Goodbyes for preloved clothes.

Bronie is all about those memorable moments and making connections with brides. She encourages brides to have fun and cherish every moment!
Her love for fashion reaches beyond her work as a Bridal Stylist! Bronie is a designer, pattern maker and even trained on industrial sewing machines while she worked in a factory setting. In her free time, you can find Bronie doing Pilates, walking to coffee shops or catching up on a good book.

Originally from coastal NSW, Georgia has fallen in love with the fashion of Melbourne, visiting vintage shops, small designer markets and op shops in her free time. She’ll also find any reason to craft, from sewing to painting.

Our True Society stores offer gowns in a variety of colours to flatter all types of skin tones.
True Society is a Melbourne-area bridal shop that carries the award-winning bridal labels Essense of Australia, Stella York, Martina Liana, Martina Liana Luxe, All Who Wander and Oxford Street, as well as bridal accessories. With gowns available to order in sizes 7-36 (equivalent to U.S. sizes 2-34) and a variety of sample sizes to try on in-store, we offer style and size inclusivity for every taste, budget and bride. Gown selection varies by store.
When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting the wedding dress shopping process nine months to one year prior to your wedding date, so you can avoid rush fees and enjoy the experience!

What size wedding gowns do you carry in the Fitzroy bridal shop?
We carry wedding dresses for a variety of styles and sizes, including up to size 30 for you to try on in store. Many of our gowns are available to order up to size 36 at our Fitzroy bridal boutique.
Do you offer in-house wedding gown alterations in Fitzroy?
No, we do not offer alterations in store and are happy to provide you with a list of recommended seamstresses.
Do you carry bridesmaid dresses?
No, we do not carry bridesmaid dresses at our Fitzroy location.
