They met at the University of Kansas, and after a few unsuccessful attempts, Noah finally convinced Hollie to go out on a date. After a couple of dates, she discovered that he was the love of her life— they soon knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together! After Noah romantically proposed to Holli, they tied the knot in July of 2022 with a beautiful celebration at The Farms at Woodend Springs.
For her summer wedding, the bride, Holli, chose a regal ballgown from designer Stella York. We met at the University of Kansas in the fall of 2019. Noah was very persistent in wanting to date me, and I was giving a little too much pushback. After some convincing, we went on a couple of dates, and he asked me to be his girlfriend. We knew we loved each other only three days in and wanted to get married! In August of 2021, Noah got down on one knee at a local park with a picnic set up and asked me to marry him. It was everything I wanted and more!

I wanted to look and feel like a bride, and I did! I felt like a true princess — which wasn’t what I was really going for, but it was perfect in every way — natural, elegant and just stunning! I had the best time shopping for my dress at True Society by Belle Vogue Bridal – Kansas City! I had an idea in my mind of what I thought I wanted (A-line, lace, etc.), but as soon as I put on Stella York Style 6988, I immediately felt like a bride. I couldn’t help but cry, knowing this would be the dress I would wear to say, “I Do”!

Noah and I really wanted our guests to feel like they were special and wanted there! We had yard games, fire pits and even a donut truck for guests to enjoy their time celebrating with us. We didn’t do any traditional wedding things we didn’t want to — garter toss or cake for dessert— and it was the best decision!
