TRUE SOCIETY IN-STORE “MAGIC OF THE SEASON GIVEAWAY”
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUSTRIAN RESIDENTS (“Official Rules – Austria”)
The organizing company and sponsor for the Giveaway is WM Bridal Group GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 13, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway is taking place at True Society – Wien / Roméo&Juliette GmbH, Herrenstrasse 28, 4320 Perg, Austria (“Participating Store”).
By participating in the Giveaway, the participant agrees with the following terms and conditions:
ELIGIBILITY:
The Magic of the Season Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Austria, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of participation. Employees of the Sponsor, the Participating Store, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway will occur at the Participating Store during regular business hours between Monday, November 20, 2023 and Sunday, December 24, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Participating Store’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
PARTICIPATION:
During the Giveaway Period, participants visit the Participating Store and locate the available gift certificates. Indicate to the store representative which one you would like. Limit: There is a limit of one (1) gift per customer.
Participation is free of charge. Participants only have to visit the Participating Store and select the gift certificate. There is no purchase or payment of any kind necessary to participate in the Giveaway. A purchase does not improve the chance of winning. There is no legal entitlement for participation or access to the Giveaway and legal action for participation is excluded.
PRIZES:
The prizes are described below:
There are five (5) different categories of prizes available to be won. Each winner will receive one of the prizes listed below in the form of a gift certificate. Gift certificates are valid only on Wedding Dress orders or purchases made during the Giveaway Period and must be redeemed the same day of the appointment. Gift certificates can only be redeemed at the same Participating Store the gift certificate was received. The maximum ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of each prize is listed below.
1 – Free Wedding Dress (EUR 269 – EUR 8,832) – no customs, no specials, dress only
5 – EUR 500 off Wedding Dress
5 – EUR 250 off Wedding Dress
30 – EUR 50 off Wedding Dress
135 – Assortment of gifts (EUR 15 – EUR 25)
Prizes will be awarded only if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules – Austria. All portions of the prize are personal, i.e. non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Giveaway materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules – Austria will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.
TAXES:
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all national, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, except those taxes for which Sponsor is responsible for under Austrian tax law.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Any violation of these Official Rules – Austria by winner will result in winner’s disqualification as winner of the Giveaway, and all privileges will be immediately terminated.
TERMINATION OF THE GIVEAWAY:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Giveaway for any material reason, in particular if a secure, fair, and proper conduct of the Giveaway is affected. Sponsor does not assume liability for lost chances of winning.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates are not liable for: error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of materials. Sponsor is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. For any damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health the Sponsor is also liable for ordinary negligence.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Official Rules – Austria shall be governed by laws of Austria.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules – Austria shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules – Austria shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. These Official Rules – Austria can be amended any time by the Sponsor without notification, provided that such amendments are necessary in order to assure proper and safe conduct of the Giveaway, and to prevent misuse or fraud in particular.
