Tyrell is my biggest supporter. After meeting, we quickly became inseparable, building a relationship based on laughter, trust and genuine friendship. From the very beginning, there was a sense that what we had was something really special.

Overall, I had a really lovely experience. I’m originally from New Zealand, so my family wasn’t able to be at True Society in Fitzroy with me, which I was a little nervous about. While it wasn’t exactly what I had always dreamed of because of that, the staff truly contributed to making the experience feel just as special. Everyone was so supportive and welcoming, and I genuinely appreciated the care and effort taken to make me feel comfortable and celebrated.
DESCRIBE YOUR BRIDAL STYLE.
My bridal style was classic and elegant with a fairytale princess feel. Because we were married in a castle, I wanted my dress to truly reflect the setting and feel romantic, timeless and regal.
I envisioned a gown that felt feminine and magical, while still being true to my personal style. Essense of Australia Style D4158 became my dream dress because the moment I put it on, it perfectly captured that vision and instantly felt like the one.

On my wedding day, I felt incredible in my gown—confident, emotional and completely present in the moment. Surrounded by my family and loved ones, the dress elevated the entire experience and made the day feel even more special and unforgettable.

Seeing my partner’s reaction when they first saw me in my wedding dress is a moment I’ll never forget. The emotion on Tyrell’s face said everything, and it made the entire day feel even more real, special, and unforgettable.

Our wedding was designed to feel deeply personal and reflective of our love story. Choosing Montsalvat was incredibly meaningful to us—as an artists’ convent dating back to the 1800s, it felt rich with history, creativity and soul. As a heritage trust, it simply felt right to celebrate our marriage in a place that honours art, imagination and storytelling.
My husband fully supported the choice from the very beginning; he is my biggest advocate and one of the things he loves most about me is my creativity. It made the venue feel even more special knowing it reflected both who I am and how deeply he supports my dreams.
The most special memory of the day was sharing our ceremony surrounded by family and loved ones in such an atmospheric, meaningful space. It felt emotional, grounding and truly magical.
We focused on togetherness and intention throughout the day, weaving in family traditions and moments that celebrated love, connection, and commitment. Every detail felt considered and authentic, making the day not just beautiful, but deeply memorable and true to us.
