Hunter and Chandler met at their high school job and quickly realized they were made to love each other. Their time together ever since has been full of emotions, kindness and the promise of forever that came to be on a weekend trip to Traverse City, Michigan. That day in spring, during sunset at the pier, Chandler proposed.
The couple tied the knot in a historic building surrounded by their nearest and dearest. The beautiful bride wore Essense of Australia Style D3281, a boho-meets-modern wedding dress from True Society in Grand Rapids, and an organic bouquet made with pampas grass and rust-colored flowers that matched the bridesmaid dresses. While the groom and his groomsmen looked sharp in midnight blue suits and honey-brown shoes.

My bridal style is modern and boho, and I was looking for a dress that reflected those characteristics. I had such a fabulous time shopping at True Society in Grand Rapids!
I tried on a few gowns over the first 45 minutes of my appointment and when I tried on Essense of Australia Style D3281, I immediately knew. I never believed it when people say you’ll know it as soon as you see it, but I am here to say it’s TRUE! The whole True Society team was so sweet and accommodating. They made me feel so special during the time I was there.
IN YOUR OWN WORDS, TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING. WHAT WAS YOUR THEME? HOW DID YOU MAKE YOUR WEDDING PERSONAL TO YOUR LOVE STORY?
I love neutral colors and the clean aesthetic that was showcased on my wedding day. We made sure to stay true to everything we wanted and believed. We were surrounded by our close loved ones who had been there and supported us the whole time! And, of course, ended the night with pizza.
Cheers to Hunter & Chandler!
