Set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, True Bride Claudia and Sebastian’s wedding brought together Italian and Colombian traditions, meaningful family moments and timeless romance. The couple celebrated at Tenuta Corbinaia, where Claudia’s Italian roots and their shared vision for a warm, elegant destination wedding came together.
For the occasion, Claudia wore Martina Liana Style 1752, a romantic lace wedding dress she had dreamed about for a year and a half before her bridal appointment at True Society in Zug. With its feminine silhouette and intricate lace, the gown captured Claudia’s vision of a romantic, sexy and timeless bridal look while beautifully complementing the Italian setting.
From their shared love of Padel Tennis to a snowy proposal in St. Moritz and an unforgettable destination wedding in Tuscany, read on for Claudia and Sebastian’s story.
CLAUDIA, TELL US ABOUT YOUR PARTNER. HOW DID YOU MEET?
Our story began through our shared hobby, Padel Tennis. The first time we ever saw each other was at a Padel Tennis tournament Sebastian had organized. Who would have thought that a few years later, I would be walking down the aisle towards him in Tuscany as his bride?
WHAT WAS YOUR PROPOSAL LIKE?
It felt like another beautiful chapter in our story — from meeting through our shared love for Padel Tennis to Sebastian’s unforgettable proposal in snowy St. Moritz. He had secretly arranged a path illuminated by torches before getting down on one knee. I was so surprised and overwhelmed that I said yes before he could even finish.

TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING.
Our wedding was all about love, family, and bringing our two worlds together. For me, Tuscany has always been much more than just a beautiful place. With both of my parents being Italian, Italy is part of my identity and my family history. Tuscany, in particular, gives me this unique feeling of home, peace, and truly arriving — and that is exactly the same feeling Sebastian gives me. When we first visited Tenuta Corbinaia, we immediately knew that this was our place. It felt like the perfect setting where my Italian roots and our future together could meet.
One of the most beautiful parts of the day was seeing our different cultures come together. Sebastian has Colombian roots and I have Italian roots, and our wedding brought together people from different countries, cultures, and families. Watching everyone celebrate, laugh, dance, and connect with each other was something truly special. It felt like, for one magical day in Tuscany, many different families became one big family.
In the end, it became exactly what we had dreamed of: the biggest, most beautiful party of our lives, filled with love, laughter, family, and a little bit of Italian and Colombian magic. It was a day we will never forget.

DESCRIBE YOUR BRIDAL STYLE.
I would describe my bridal style as romantic, feminine and sexy, with a timeless Italian feel. From the very beginning, I knew that I wanted to wear lace on my wedding day. Lace has always felt incredibly romantic and elegant to me, and I also knew that I didn’t want any glitter. I wanted something special and sophisticated, but at the same time something that still felt completely like me.
For me, Martina Liana Style 1752 brings all of those elements together perfectly. The beautiful lace gives me exactly the romantic feeling I always imagined, while the silhouette makes me feel feminine, confident and sexy. When I wear it, I feel like the most beautiful version of myself — and that is exactly how I want to feel on my wedding day.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT TRUE SOCIETY.
Finding my dream wedding dress at True Society was such a special and unforgettable experience.
The funny thing is, I had actually known which dress I loved for about a year and a half before my appointment. There was one particular Martina Liana gown that I had completely fallen in love with. At the time, I told myself that if, by the time I was engaged and actually shopping for my wedding dress, it was still my dream dress, then that had to mean something.

When the moment finally came and I booked my appointment at True Society, I was still open to the whole experience. I tried on several different styles, just to see how they would look and feel on me. And then, the second dress I tried on was the dress — the Martina Liana gown I had been dreaming about for so long.
HOW DID YOU FEEL IN YOUR GOWN ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
For me, Martina Liana Style 1752 brings my favorite elements together perfectly. The beautiful lace gives me exactly the romantic feeling I always imagined, while the silhouette makes me feel feminine, confident and sexy. When I wear it, I feel like the most beautiful version of myself — and that is exactly how I want to feel on my wedding day.
HOW DID YOUR PARTNER REACT WHEN THEY SAW YOU IN YOUR WEDDING DRESS?
When Sebastian saw me walking down the aisle with my father, he became emotional. He later told me that I looked exactly the way he had always imagined me as his bride: romantic, sexy, elegant and simply myself.
