Annabel
Customer Experience Manager
Annabel’s favorite part of being a Customer Experience Manager is seeing brides glow as their confidence grows when they find THE dress. She also adores being involved in their journey to forever.
When she’s not working, Annabel loves crafting, going to the gym and hanging out with friends—especially in Melbourne. She’s also a makeup artist and her work has even been featured on a television show!

Madi is all about creating the most magical bridal experience!
Outside of work, she enjoys going on road trips, drawing and spending time with friends and her puppy, Dexter. The Customer Experience Manager also has a degree in criminology. Living and working in Melbourne, Madi loves the city’s vibrant food scene and nightlife. Her favorite spots include Dragon Hot Pot for dinner and Kbox Karaoke for a fun night out.

Outside of work, Gabby enjoys going out with friends, watching the UFC and studying fashion design. Her favorite thing about Melbourne? The exciting music culture, especially the festivals and raves.

Outside of work, the Bridal Stylist shares her life with three beloved pets – a Cavoodle dog named Rex, a Blue Quaker Parrot called Topaz and a cat named Luckie. When Josipa’s not sewing, designing or drawing, she enjoys hiking and eating at her favorite local spot, Brunetti. A regular at Melbourne Fashion Week, Josipa also adores Melbourne’s rich arts and culture scene.

Passionate about style and fashion, Bridal Stylist Merrisha loves connecting with each bride and helping them find the dress of their dreams. Her biggest advice for brides is to have fun, not overthink the process and trust their gut feelings.
