The spirit of giving is alive and well at True Society especially during our Thanks & Giving event! Last week, each of our global True Society locations partnered with a charity close to their heart to support those in need in their local communities.
WOW! In True Society form, we knocked it out of the park as our brides and our staff opened their hearts, pocketbooks and pantries to donate much needed items to these incredible organizations.
MAKING A TRUE DIFFERENCE
With the help of our #TrueBrides, our True Society locations were able to make a positive impact on our local communities as we harnessed the true power of giving around the globe.
- True Society by Belle Vogue Bridal stores in the Kansas City, MO area collected 702 items for Operation Breakthrough.
- True Society in Grand Rapids, MI collected 267 items for the Northwest Food Pantry.
- True Society in Zug, Switzerland collected 168 items for Schweizer Tafel.
A SPOTLIGHT ON OUR LOCAL PARTNERS
This year, our True Society by Belle Vogue Bridal stores supported Operation Breakthrough. Its mission is to ensure a safe, loving environment for Kansas City children in poverty and to empower their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education. Operation Breakthrough also offers non-perishable food items to the families they serve.
True Society in Grand Rapids partnered with the Northwest Food Pantry. Their goal is to assist Westside families when they are faced with a loss of income or any other short-term emergency. The pantry collects donations of food and personal items and distributes them to local families in need.
True Society in Zug supported the Schweizer Tafel. This organization collects surplus food from wholesalers, producers and retailers, and distributes it free of charge to local social institutions that care for those affected by poverty.
