What Is a Sample Gown?
A sample gown is a designer wedding dress that has been tried on in store and has been lovingly cared for. All sample gowns have been inspected to ensure quality, but some gowns will show signs of wear. Our stylists will provide recommendations on how they can be repaired in alterations.

Yes! Sample Sale appointments are needed to shop the sale. We recommend booking a Sample Sale appointment online as soon as possible as gowns and appointments will go fast! Feel free to also call the store to book an appointment to see if any last-minute or same-day appointments are available.

The discount percentage depends on how long the dress has been in the store, as well as the quality and condition of the gown. Dress prices will also vary.
Yes, you must take your dress and pay in full the same day as your appointment.
Since Sample Sale gowns are limited, stores are unable to hold a gown for a bride.
Yes. Since these gowns are taken home the day of the appointment, the gown must be paid for in full.
Yes. The store will have its standard variety and inventory of gowns available. If you are interested in shopping our Sample Sale, please book a Sample Sale Bridal Appointment.
This will vary by store. Select stores will have discounted accessories and bridesmaids’ gowns available. We recommend calling your store to determine what will be offered.
We do not offer cleaning or alteration services. However, if you would like to have your dress professionally cleaned or altered, we can provide you with a few recommended vendors.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Select dresses in the Sample Sale may be available for order in a different size and/or color, but not at the Sample Sale price. Only the specific, individual dresses included in the sale will be at a reduced price, so if you place an order for a gown, it will be at the regular price.
In addition to the Sample Sale gowns, you can also shop our regularly priced gowns at a range of price points. We have a large selection of these gowns that have short shipping time frames, too.
Yes, each appointment includes time with an expert bridal stylist in a bridal fitting room.
