Andrew and I are both in healthcare. We saw each other passing at a hospital that I worked at in Seattle, and he was an EMT. However, we actually matched on a dating site. Covid happened one month after our first date, and we have been inseparable since!

My wedding inspo was neutral boho. The dream dress I had envisioned was exactly the gown I got. The details, lace and open back on my dress, Essense of Australia Style D3324, were absolutely stunning. Everyone who saw me, even the tailor, said the dress was made just for me. I never felt more beautiful.

My now husband said I absolutely was “glowing” in the dress. I wore it again the other day for another wedding photo session, and he again said how beautiful I was and was made for this dress.

Everyone was so nice and supportive during my dress-shopping experience at True Society – Mesa. I loved how comfortable my True Crew stylist made me feel — plus, she did a great job finding what I envisioned. The bridal shop was beautiful and just a calm vibe, which I loved.

Our wedding was literal perfection! It couldn’t have gone better and been more of what we envisioned. My wedding planners made it so easy and made our vision come to life. The most special memory was during our ceremony, when we did a foot washing ritual. This was really important to us because of our faith. We wanted to go into our marriage as servants to each other like Jesus was and is to us. It was a beautiful moment!

I also got to wear a family heirloom — my grandmother’s gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring that she has had for many years, and she hopes it will bring me a long-lasting marriage like hers (60+ years).
