This beautiful True bride took our breath away on her wedding day! Megan chose one of our all time favorite wedding dresses from Stella York. The Proposal
We asked Megan about how Bill proposed to her and here’s what she had to say! “We were vacationing in Mexico together. We had just gone out to dinner and we were walking on the beach when he got down on one knee. I was so happy and surprised! After he proposed we enjoyed quality time with one another before letting our friends in on the big news.”
The Dress
Megan wanted a simple wedding dress that would never go out of style. She said “I was looking for a simple, classic look but with a modern twist. I had an idea of what Bill would like so I also tried to keep that in mind. I had a small group of friends and family with me to try on dresses. It was so fun sharing the experience with them.”
The Wedding Details
Their wedding venue was super special because it was somewhere they had each grown up going to – how’s that for fate?? “We got married at Lake Quivira. It was special to us because we both spent a lot of time out there as kids before we knew one another. We have lots of fond memories of spending time with family, fishing and enjoying the lake. We kept our wedding décor simple and fresh with lighter colors and lots of greenery. Our one-year-old Wheaten Terrier puppy acted as our flower girl. She was sure to lick a few of our guests as she made her way down the aisle.”
