Special Statement Regarding COVID-19
Hello, True Society brides!
We are so excited to announce the reopening of our Crossroads location on Friday, May 15! Our Lenexa location will remain temporarily closed so we can safely return our teams and best prepare our stores to serve you.
For our brides who may have an appointment or pick-up scheduled in the next 45 days at our Lenexa location, you will receive a call from our team to make arrangements or reschedule. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call at our Crossroads location.
The Crossroads store will reopen on an adjusted schedule and will now be open Wednesday – Sunday. We will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
NEW POLICY & PROCEDURES
Our priority is to keep you and our staff safe while also giving you the most amazing and memorable dress shopping experience you deserve! To do so, we are taking the following precautions:
To help us provide a safe and enjoyable experience, our store is open by appointment only. No walk ins will be allowed.
To help us ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we will limit the number of guests you are allowed to bring to your appointment. Brides will be allowed a total of three (3) guests to your appointment. Please ensure your guests are able to assist you with trying on your gown(s) in the fitting room. We welcome you to video call everyone else!
Everyone in the store – staff, brides and guests – will be required to wear a mask. We have white masks available (to match your dress, of course!) if needed. Brides or guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed in the store and will be asked to reschedule.
Our staff will use disposable tape measures and gloves as needed. They will dispose of and refresh their supplies after each appointment.
We will stagger our appointment times to abide by social distance recommendations and will allow 30 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize fitting rooms, sitting areas and our entrance.
At this time, we will not be serving champagne and will not allow any outside food or beverage in the building.
We highly recommend the use of credit card for payment of your gown to ensure we are able to process your payment through our touchless system.
