Ethan is my greatest adventure and my safest place all at once. He\u2019s my teammate, my biggest supporter, and the person who reminds me that life isn\u2019t just about working hard\u2014it\u2019s about building a beautiful life together. He encourages every dream I have, whether we\u2019re traveling the world, skiing together, raising our dogs, or simply laughing at home after a long day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW DID YOU MEET?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ethan and I met on Hinge in August 2024. Since I\u2019m a chiropractor, Ethan\u2019s very first message to me was, \u201cI\u2019m a broken man.\u201d I couldn\u2019t help but laugh, and replied, \u201cWe\u2019re all a little broken.\u201d That one witty message started a conversation that changed both of our lives. Our first date was mini golf at CJ Barrymore\u2019s, followed by a ride on the Ferris wheel and our first kiss. By our third date, our dogs had already met, and everything just felt effortless from there.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT WAS YOUR PROPOSAL LIKE?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When Ethan proposed, he gave me one of the greatest gifts he ever could have. Before asking me to marry him, he visited my dad\u2019s memorial plaque in Snowmass, Colorado, and asked for his blessing. My dad passed away when I was three years old, so knowing Ethan took the time to include him in such a meaningful way is something I\u2019ll cherish forever. It was the most thoughtful expression of love\u2014not just for me, but for the people and experiences that shaped who I am.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING.<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>\u202f <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our wedding was intentionally designed to tell our story. Every detail reflected who we are as a couple and the life we\u2019re building together. We chose a mountain-inspired wedding because our greatest adventures have always been outdoors, and the mountains hold a special place in both of our hearts. Ethan even built our ceremony arch by hand, making one of the most important parts of our wedding something he created himself. Having my mom design all of our florals made every arrangement even more meaningful, knowing they were created with so much love.\u00a0

Our ceremony was especially personal because we blended both of our family traditions. We exchanged private vows before the ceremony, signed our ketubah with our parents and witnesses, included an Irish handfasting, and had our mothers wrap us in Ethan\u2019s family\u2019s Jewish prayer shawl during the ceremony. We also invited our closest family and friends to bless our wedding bands before we exchanged them, and Ethan ended the ceremony by breaking the glass. It was incredibly important to us that every tradition represented not only where we came from, but the family we were creating together.\u00a0

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was simply seeing everything come together and finally marrying my best friend. It reminded me that while the flowers, the dress, and the d\u00e9cor were all beautiful, they were never what the day was truly about. It was about standing in front of the love of my life, surrounded by the people who love us most, and beginning the greatest adventure we\u2019ll ever share as husband and wife.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESCRIBE YOUR BRIDAL STYLE.<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My bridal style<\/a> was glamorous, feminine and inspired by nature. I wanted a gown that celebrated the beauty of the female form with a structured corset, breathtaking detailing, and an unforgettable train, while still feeling elegant and refined. I love sparkle, intricate beading, and floral appliqu\u00e9s, so I wanted a dress that had a little bit of \u201cva-va-voom\u201d while still feeling soft, romantic, and timeless.\u00a0

More than anything, I wanted Ethan\u2019s first thought to be, \u201cWow\u2026 that\u2019s my wife.\u201d I wanted to take his breath away. I wanted to feel sexy, beautiful, powerful, and graceful all at once. I didn\u2019t want to look like someone pretending to be a bride\u2014I wanted to look like the most elevated version of myself. I wanted my outward appearance to reflect the confidence, strength, and femininity I had spent years building within myself.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
