Braden\u00a0is the sweetest, most\u00a0thoughtful\u00a0and amazing person I know. We met online and had been dating for a couple of years before we got engaged.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

WHAT WAS YOUR PROPOSAL LIKE?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

The proposal was\u00a0perfect,\u00a0it was incredibly thoughtful, and private with just the two of us, and better than I could have ever imagined.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

DESCRIBE YOUR BRIDAL STYLE.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

I love flowers, and everything\u00a0colouful, so for our wedding, I wanted to go for a more floral\/ethereal style.\u00a0The second I tried on my dress\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Stella York Style 8063<\/a>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0it was\u00a0pretty\u00a0obvious\u00a0to myself and everyone I brought with me that it was the right fit, because I had the biggest smile on my face. I kept trying on dresses, but I\u00a0couldn’t\u00a0stop coming back to that\u00a0one,\u00a0it just felt right.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

I shopped at\u00a0True Society\u00a0in\u00a0Rosebery<\/a>.\u00a0I loved how supportive everyone at the store was, if\u00a0there was a dress that I\u00a0didn’t\u00a0feel comfortable in, they were quick to help me change into a new one. I never felt pressured to\u00a0try on\u00a0anything that\u00a0didn’t\u00a0match what I was looking for. And\u00a0fun\u00a0fact, my dress consultant was also getting married\u00a0\u2013\u00a0on the exact same day!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

HOW DID YOU FEEL IN YOUR GOWN ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

I was so excited to get into my dress on the day, I had to keep holding myself back from getting dressed too early! I felt so beautiful and comfortable in my dress on the day, I still get the urge to wear my dress around the house when\u00a0I’m\u00a0at home.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

HOW DID YOUR PARTNER REACT WHEN THEY SAW YOU IN YOUR WEDDING DRESS?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

When Braden saw me walking down the aisle, he got the biggest,\u00a0goofiest smile on his face, which perfectly matched the one I was also sporting.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

We got engaged in a wattle garden, so\u00a0all of\u00a0our wedding stationery had little illustrations of wattle on them. My husband and I are also big nerds, so while our guests were waiting for the wedding to start, we had instrumental covers of soundtracks to different movies and games playing in the church.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

WHAT WAS THE MOST SPECIAL MEMORY FROM THE DAY?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

I think one of our\u00a0favourite\u00a0memories from the day was\u00a0when\u00a0at our reception, we took a few minutes to go outside, away from everyone and just be together, just the two of us, soaking in the fact that we were married.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

DID YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL, CULTURAL OR FAMILY TRADITIONS THAT YOU INCORPORATED?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n

My mother sadly passed a few years ago, so to have her with me, I\u00a0carried\u00a0a piece of lace of hers that I tied around my wedding bouquet, as well as a pearl necklace that she gave me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
